Sudjelovanjem u ovom programu mo\u017eete znatno unaprijediti svoju aerobnu sposobnost, ali isto tako mo\u017eete znatno utjecati na smanjenje utjecaja ve\u0107 razvijenih simptoma naru\u0161enog zdravlja. Nordijsko hodanje je popularan sport me\u0111u ljudima svih dobnih skupina. Nordijsko hodanje razlikuje se od ostalih sportova po svojoj jednostavnosti, relativnoj sigurnosti i visokoj dostupnosti. Nema ograni\u010denja u dobi, spolu ili razini fitnessa. Za one mla\u0111e ili srednje dobi, nordijsko hodanje omogu\u0107uje ispravljanje raznih nedostataka mi\u0161i\u0107no-ko\u0161tanog sustava, ste\u010denih u \u0161kolskim godinama ili postoje\u0107ih uro\u0111enih mana (poreme\u0107aji dr\u017eanja, zakrivljenost vrata), stabilizaciju hoda i pove\u0107anje koordinacije pokreta.<\/p><p>Posebnost je rana prevencija gotovo svih komponenti metaboli\u010dkog sindroma (pretilost, dijabetes melitus tipa II, hipertenzija, pa \u010dak i giht). U stalno aktivnih mladih ljudi bolesti gastrointestinalnog trakta su rje\u0111e.<\/p><p>S godinama se nakuplja zna\u010dajan snop bolesti endokrinog, kardiovaskularnog i sredi\u0161njeg \u017eiv\u010danog sustava. plu\u0107a smanjen za 50% ili vi\u0161e;<\/p><p>Aktivni oblici artritisa bilo koje etiologije;<\/p><p>Tijek zaraznih i upalnih bolesti (u razdoblju kroni\u010dnosti ili remisije, nastava je mogu\u0107a);<\/p><p>Arterijska hipertenzija: trening je zabranjen samo za maligne oblike;<\/p><p>Nestabilna angina pri naporu;<\/p><p>Fatalne lezije mi\u0161i\u0107no-ko\u0161tanog sustava, u kojima
